When the routine feels heavy and energy is low, many people start by looking at B vitamins. That is understandable, because B vitamins are linked to normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal function of the nervous system. Still, a supplement does not answer the whole question of why a person feels strained.
This category makes most sense when meals have been irregular for a long time, the diet has been narrow, or there is another clear reason to suspect that intake may be low. People who eat little or no animal-based food may need to think specifically about vitamin B12. At the same time, stress, poor sleep, and low mood often need a wider look than a vitamin label can give.
Keep the trial simple. Choose one product, read the total dose, and check overlap with multivitamins or energy blends already in use. Bright yellow urine can happen with some B-vitamin products and is usually harmless, but repeatedly exceeding the recommended intake is not a useful strategy.
Seek assessment if tiredness is new, clearly worsening, or comes with shortness of breath, palpitations, weight change, or other symptoms that do not fit a simple supplement question.
