Athlete's foot usually starts as itching, scaling or small cracks between the toes. It likes warmth and moisture, so the most important part of care is often not the product alone but the daily routine around it.
Dry the skin carefully after washing, especially between the toes. Change socks often enough that the feet do not stay damp, and let shoes dry properly between uses. When moisture stays trapped in the same place day after day, the problem tends to keep coming back.
The best choice is usually the one that fits ordinary life well enough to keep using. If the rash spreads, becomes painful, looks inflamed or returns quickly after treatment, it is worth getting the situation checked rather than restarting the same routine again and again.
