A lighter cream is often easier during the day. A richer cream may suit the evening or very dry skin. When the heel area is rough, a foot cream with urea can feel more effective, but the most important point is still that the product is comfortable enough to keep using.

Basic care is not the whole answer if there is itching between the toes, a thickened nail or a blister in the same spot again and again. Then the issue may need a more specific product or a different kind of check.
